Chen Tech Electric offers comprehensive battery test equipment for the battery industry. During the exhibition, its state-of-the-art equipment will be showcased, including its PBT 2000 high-power battery test solution and the latest software application.
The PBT 2000 series is specially designed for high-power battery testing and offers maximum 1,500V/1,000A charge/discharge capabilities. It offers up to 95% discharged energy recycling efficiency, built-in international drive simulation testing standards, battery testing/ simulation dual modes and two current ranges.
To help clients evaluate battery performance more easily and reliably, Chen Tech builds its battery testing equipment to meet the requirements of the IEC 62660-1 test standard. It aims to increase the credibility of battery test results and enhance testing effectiveness for researchers. Chen Tech will run a live demo showcasing this feature using its BT 2000, which supports four current ranges and 0.02% high-accuracy output/measurement. Moreover, it has a modular design, which allows users to swap malfunctioning channels by themselves in one minute. BT 2000 is the smallest battery test equipment in the industry.
To accelerate battery time-to-market, CTE applies its patented AI technologies to provide big data testing solutions such as rapid SOH evaluation, battery aging simulator and ESS online monitor system. This significantly increases test efficiency and reduces R&D costs.
