Changsha Lizhong Automobile Design and Development is a high-tech enterprise in Hunan Province, China. One of its teams is engaged in automotive safety performance research and product R&D in China.

The company has signed cooperation agreements with the USA’s KSS and France’s Altair. It has provided automotive safety products and technical services to many domestic automobile R&D companies and testing institutions, including SAIC GM Wuling, SAIC Group, Great Wall Motors, Huawei and China Automotive Research Institute.

The company has considerable project development and R&D experience in intelligent driving and intelligent networks and has successfully developed a series of active safety test equipment, intelligent occupant restraint systems and advanced driving assistance systems. The core technology is intelligent driving road test equipment based on high-precision positioning and reliable control, and software programmed with the characteristics of standard and Chinese road users.

The company’s main products include software objects, drive systems, environment building systems and testing services. The software objects include standard/static adult and child dummies, standard/dynamic bicycles, standard electric scooters, software dummies with Chinese characteristics, virtual balloon vehicle (EVT) and all-body software object vehicle (GVT). The driving system includes a small soft target bearing robot, large soft target bearing robot, tractor system, static bracket and AEB pedestrian dragging system. The environment construction system includes an ADAS test lighting system for night scenes. Complete technical services include ADAS and intelligent driving road function safety test equipment, test team and test evaluation report. The service scope includes Euro NCAP AEB/FCW target test system, C-NCAP AEB/FCW target test system, ADAS parts, automatic driver test system, target object calibration test, etc.
