The right measuring system - SIQUAD technology
GHM GROUP
The SIQUAD data acquisition system of GHM GROUP is characterized by a fast and precise acquisition of sensor data. Due to the modular constructions, the measuring system can be modified rapidly. The device family of SIQUAD includes compact units for less measurement channels up to networked Multi-Rack-configurations for a high number of channels. So that the system is flexible, it can be customized as well as expanded. For frequent measuring tasks with different types of sensors, the universal measuring amplifier is qualified as it is able to record a great number of sensor types. Sensor specific measurement amplifiers are available for regular recurring measuring tasks. Specials plug-ins e.g. a CAN-interface to record synchronous CAN-messages or a measurement amplifier to record electrical power complete the system program. Our measurement amplifiers have in each case a signal processor (DSP) for the processing and preparation of recorded data. The transmission of data is made by Ethernet interface with a connected PC and processed with CAN or optional with analogue outputs. Parameterization of measurement system is done with DaSoft, for acquisition of data is an in-house acquisition software DAQSoft as well as drivers for LabVIEW / DASYLab available. In addition, it is possible to involve customer-specific applications by function library.
