Already common in vehicle safety testing, efficiency-increasing DTI (digital transducer interface) technology, which enables high-reliability, high-speed data capture and analysis, is now available for vehicle dynamics and durability testing. Kistler’s new KiRoad Performance system sets a new standard in road load data acquisition thanks to its DTI technology. KiRoad enables users to configure Kistler’s RoaDyn wheel force transducers quickly and reliably. As well as ensuring that measurement data is processed reliably, this mobile control unit supports intuitive wireless operation of wheel force measurement systems on the vehicle and, in future, on the test bench as well.
