High-frequency vibration measurement
PCB Piezotronics

PCB Piezotronics (PCB) recently released model 356A19, an ICP triaxial accelerometer designed to make accurate vibration measurements across a broad frequency range from 1Hz to 13kHz at up to ±500g with a sensitivity of 10mV/g. It is the latest addition to the company’s family of miniature, triaxial accelerometers in a 10.2mm cubicle package and includes TEDS – Transducer Electronic Data Sheet.

The small size and broad frequency range make the 356A19 ideal for use in automotive ICE/EV powertrain development, vehicle systems NVH, modal/structural analysis, and vibration testing in confined spaces or on small, lightweight objects.

PCB offers a full line of sensors for component and system performance, road load data acquisition (RLDA), vehicle and component durability, powertrain development, auto safety (including Endevco sensors), electric and hybrid vehicles, NVH, motorsports, and other automotive test and development applications. Visitors to the show can find out more about ensuring precise measurements with PCB's accelerometers, pressure sensors, microphones, torque sensors, force sensors and load cells.
