ADAS testing requires pinpoint accuracy, which means using the best location finding system possible, such as the new RT1003 from Oxford Technical Solutions (OxTS). This is a compact, single-box GNSS/INS system specifically developed to fit into ADAS test targets such as pedestrian or cyclist rigs, target carrier platforms and other soft crash targets. Designed to deliver just the right balance of performance and features for size and weight critical ADAS validation testing, the RT1003 has dual GNSS receivers for accurate, stable heading, even during slow maneuvers such as pedestrian tests. Built on an upgradeable platform, the RT1003 comes with a driving robot interface, making it ideal for use with AB Dynamics driving robots.
