Real-time brake noise collection and analysis

Sunyee BrakeAcq is designed to evaluate braking system NVH performance. It provides up to 10 NVH channels plus AI channels, SG channels, DI channels, a counter channel and CAN communication channels. BrakeAcq fully supports the EKB 3008 exchange format, so users will never be locked in by a vendor’s software. BrakeAcq supports external data backup. Furthermore, it supports real-time noise evaluation, as the report can be generated quickly, which saves the test engineer’s time.
To avoid electrical noise, DC noise and crossing noise, BrakeDaq uses patented algorithms to screen misreported signals. Engineers will save manual screening and report toggling effort and time.
BrakeAcq uses GPS route tracing into NVH testing. The system can alert the driver in real time when the vehicle is off of its planned route or outside its defined driving behaviors. Engineers can also evaluate the testing according to the driving summaries that are generated automatically by BrakeAcq once the testing is finished.
