If lab-quality input amplification and signal conditioning are a requirement, even in the field, then ATiS’s Hi-Techniques Echelon series of data acquisition systems is worth a look. The systems combine these qualities with the ruggedization and connectivity needed in the field: they are IP 67 rated, have an operating temperature range between 40°C and +85°C and shock protection up to 100g on three axes.
