Speed testing with a new EV controller general test platform

Throughout the past decade, Linktron has provided customers with a variety of testing and measurement programs and equipment. With the continued acceleration of progress in the automotive industry, particularly when it comes to electric vehicles, there is now a requirement for higher standards of component quality and product safety than ever before.
To meet this challenge, Linktron has launched its new EV controller general test platform to optimize and speed up the testing process for variety of testing standards. The test platform is designed for electronic functional tests of the OBC and inverter of electric vehicles. It can test the Hi-pot, FCT, EOL and other functions.
The test platform sets up and optimizes standard test items, such as output characteristics; input characteristics; communication verification; current, voltage and power characteristics; protection characteristics and other special functions. The platform has the advantage of offering a stable operation and quick testing speeds, with software that is easy to operate.
This general test platform is suitable for testing electric vehicles, hybrid vehicles, electric buses and other special electric vehicles, and effectively gets rid of the operation limitation of real vehicles as detection devices.
