Hotcontrol sensors

Hotcontrol sensors from Hotset will be showcased at this year’s expo. The sensors enable the measurement of high temperature ranges far over 1,000°C for every kind of solid, liquid and gaseous media, and all are supplied as ready-to-install modules.
The range currently offers a choice between eight construction types, all available as thermocouples or resistance temperature detectors (RTD). Thermocouples measure the temperature according to the thermal electric voltage difference of two wires made from different materials, while RTD measurements are based on the temperature-specific ohmic resistance. Hotcontrol thermocouples offer fast response times and are a cost-effective and robust sensor solution, while the Hotcontrol resistance thermometer offers measurement accuracy and long-term stability even in chemically aggressive environments.
