Water-cooled brake trainer dynamometer

Unsinn will arrive at Automotive Testing Expo with UNBRAKE, the world’s first braking trailer dynamometer with a water-cooling system.
The integrated cooling system allows continuous use of the trailer even in the toughest conditions, by preventing batteries from overheating. Therefore, the complete performance power of the UNBRAKE is permanently available for the entire speed range.
An innovative pressure air brake system featuring both EBS and ABS creates car-like lags so the trailer acts neutral at all times. An interesting side effect of the cooling system is the downward discharge of heat, which leads to quick drying of damp test tracks.
Data analysis can be viewed via an easy-to-use touchscreen tablet, using Windows software.
Diagnosis possibilities with certified mobile data systems ensure worldwide service. There are eight models available with a performance range of 8-16kN and 150-300kW.
