Headlamp testing
L.E.T. Automotive NV - Stand: 1676

Visitors looking for an objective audit tool to test headlamp adjustment and performance should make a note to stop by L.E.T. Automotive’s stand, where it will be promoting its headlamp-scanning 10m wall, for use in darkrooms.

The company’s darkroom facility is based on a vehicle centralizer and contains two Y/Z motorized panels with reference markings for visual interpretation. The panels have integrated photocells for automatic scanning results and algorithms can handle specific headlamp types such as ECE, SAE-VOL, SAE-VOR, Hotspot and more.

Each panel has an integrated laser for referencing to the headlamps’ light exit points and can be remotely controlled. The system is PC based and allows network connection to quality surveillance systems. It then generates graphical results of gradient values and the position of the max-gradient.
