Expanding the possibilities of ADAS measurement

Anyone interested in indoor positioning should head over to Oxford Technical Solutions’ booth to learn about three new ADAS measurement systems. Drawing on years of experience in automotive testing, OxTS’s latest indoor positioning solutions can achieve 3cm position accuracy and enable engineers to perform outdoor testing indoors. Crucially, the existing dynamic measurement products for which OxTS is well known are still available with the indoor solutions and can be output at up to 250Hz.
In addition to the indoor positioning solutions, OxTS is highlighting a powerful new software feature designed to make the test and validation of multiple sensors quicker and easier. The feature, which is available on the company’s RT-Range hardware, automatically generates measurements for up to 12 vehicle sensors simultaneously, but crucially, only when targets are visible to those sensors. So, as well as being a real-time validation tool for engineers, there is also a significant reduction in the amount of data that needs to be processed once testing is over.
