Embedded Systems Solutions has been a one-stop provider of hardware and software solutions for the embedded real-time systems market since 1996. This year the company will show several new products.

The GW Instek PKE/RKE/TPMS SKTS-5000 is a complete test system integrated to meet the production test requirements of smart car keys. This system provides the major measurement equipment required for the current main applications of smart car keys (RKE and PKE). The system is configured by a 35U rack containing a C-2100 tester (with spectrum analyzer, a RF signal generator and an arbitrary wave generator), C-3102 module (with three-axis switch and amplifier), C-1103 mode set (with system status indication and emergency stop button), IPC, LCD, tri-color tower indicator and uninterruptible power system.

For signal input and output, SKTS-5000 provides four RF input channels, one set of RF 315/433MHz outputs and one set of LF signal outputs. The LF output signal supports the 10Hz to 10MHz frequency range and the adjustable voltage function to perform a variety of smart-key tests. Via the three-axis switch and amplifier module, it can be used to simulate the distance between the vehicle and the DUT. The system status indication, emergency button and tri-color tower indication design allow users to quickly and easily understand the current test situation.

The second new product is the Peak System PCAN-MicroMod FD Evaluation Board, which enables the conception and development of own circuits with CAN connection and I/O functionality. Via pick-offs, screw terminals, switches and potentiometers, the user can access the resources of the attached PCAN-MicroMod FD and check configurations or test circuits.

The configuration is done with a supplied Windows software, which transfers the configuration data to the module via CAN. The optionally available evaluation kit also includes the CAN interface and cable required for this purpose. The configuration requires a PEAK CAN interface.

The final new product is the Toellner TOE 7621 four-quadrant power supply, which comes in a range of voltages and amperages. The TOE 7621 four-quadrant power supply is able to deliver and absorb more than 300/320W power with both polarities.
