Keysight will showcase several major innovations at Automotive Testing Expo India 2023.

Electric vehicles (EVs) and electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) must conform to various global standards for operational safety and performance. With Keysight’s EV and EVSE charging tests, users can test different AC and DC charging interfaces automatically. The system can also test communication protocols between a real EV and a charging station.

Battery cells are the basic building blocks for the modules and packs that power modern electric vehicles. Keysight’s modular range of battery test solutions covers all the tests that are essential to characterize them at each stage, from understanding cell chemistry to module connectivity and pack performance in the harsh environment of a moving electric vehicle.

Finally, Keysight will showcase its Radar Scene Emulator. Achieving the next level in vehicle autonomy demands robust algorithms trained to interpret radar reflections from automotive sensors. The key to developing robust radar sensors and algorithms for ADAS/AV capabilities is full scene emulation in the lab with actual components in a hardware-in-the-loop setup. This setup will put OEMs on the path to full vehicle autonomy.
