SAJ celebrates its golden jubilee

This year is special for SAJ as it is the company’s golden jubilee year. Since SAJ was founded in 1969, it has pioneered automotive testing technology for Indian customers and spread its footprint across India with over 6,500 installations and over 750 customers.

SAJ uses Automotive Testing Expo India to show products in line with market trends, and this year the company will be promoting its electric vehicle test solutions.

EV test rigs are developed for researching and monitoring the propulsion drives of electric vehicles. These test benches are suitable for investigating dynamic loads and processes in propulsion drives, and also provide durability and functional tests to help diagnose many other propulsion issues. The main objective of these EV test rigs is to complete the durability test, routine performance test and road load simulation test of electric vehicles.

An electric motor test bench is provided for load performance evaluation of EV motors for various test applications like durability, production, audit and development trials.

The chassis dynamometer evaluates the performance of EV vehicles.

Battery simulation test rigs and hybrid electric vehicle test systems are available through partner Sakor Technologies USA.

SAJ is focusing on the aero, marine engine and turbine testing areas, and predicts tremendous opportunities worldwide. The company is working on a high-speed hydraulic dynamometer for aero engine testing.

SAJ is an Indian company with enough expertise to produce a wide range of dynamometers from 5hp to 9,000hp.
