At Automotive Testing Expo India 2020, Technocomm will show three of its main products. First is the one- to seven-channel power analyzer from Zes Zimmer Electronics, Germany, which is the most precise and reliable way to measure electric power, efficiencies and losses for single- and multi-phase applications.

Second is the electric vehicle motor and controller test system from Elektro-Automatik in Germany. This application provides testing for an e-motor and controller for electric vehicles. Traditional test setups require a dedicated DC source and load in parallel to deal with bi-directional energy flow. This can require a complex test setup to coordinate energy flow and to avoid damaging expensive test equipment. The PSB 9000 is a bi-directional DC source and electronic load that simplifies the test setup, avoids catastrophic damage and decreases test times. This electronic load has the unique option of back-feeding converted energy into the grid.

Last are the automotive oscilloscopes from Pico Technology, UK. The Pico Automotive Diagnostics Kits work with your PC to measure and test almost all of the electrical and electronic components and circuits in any modern vehicle, including ignition (primary and secondary); injectors and fuel pumps; starter and charging circuits; batteries, alternators and starter motors; Lambda, airflow, ABS and MAP sensors; electronic throttle control; and CANbus, LIN bus and FlexRay.
