New portable, tailor-made test rigs

Melz will introduce new portable, tailor-made test rigs for all BS VI, hybrid and fully electric vehicle-compliant automotive sensors and modules. The system has been verified with most critical parts such as fuel pump, fuel injector, electrical water pump, EGR valve, oxygen sensor, throttle body assembly and much more. It will be embedded on high-end closed-loop control systems with data acquisition (DAQ), logging functions with real-time stamping, and customized report generation, and is designed to be interfaced with OBD tools and create a digital twin platform.

A fully functional control algorithm with IIoT platforms is included with provision for an encrypted cloud interface. Rigs can be adapted to suit all testing needs. The modularity of the system will aid both the performance and durability checks of any modules and parts. It will be built with options to be interfaced with environmental stress screening (ESS) and to be connected with industrial and building automation gateway.
