With over 25 years of experience in the development and supply of digitally controlled high-performance test systems, Biss has emerged as the region’s supplier of standard as well as highly customized test systems for the automotive industry.

Shock absorber properties are given in terms of force as a function of rod velocity. Ride comfort depends on proper selection of these properties. Shock absorber manufacturers know about the need to ensure that manufactured parts conform to required specifications. The Biss Dual Station Shock Absorber is a high-productivity test system specially designed for testing shock absorber/strut/front-fork in the production line. This machine ensures the assembled shock absorber meets required performance specifications. It is the result of two decades of R&D with a focus on harmonizing production line test requirements for two-, three- and four-wheeler suspension components.

Individual features of the Dual Station Shock Absorber have been tested and proved by all major shock absorber manufacturers across the country. Over two million tests are performed every month on over 100 Biss shock absorber test stations with practically all globally reputed manufacturers. Some of these systems are more than 20 years old and have seen over 50,000 hours of operation.
