With the GNSS simulator from test system specialist Noffz Technologies, individual real-time signal simulations – such as multiband signals for GPS, Beidou, GLONASS and Galileo, and additional signals for interference, SBAS and RTK – can be generated. Differential GNSS and multi-vehicle simulation, GNSS satellite orbit modification, unlimited pseudo-range additive ramps and user-defined fixed positions are also supported.
The Noffz GNSS Simulator is equipped with two software defined radios (SDR), which have four RF channels. The integrated scenario editor allows the free definition of trajectories in up to six degrees of freedom. Additional interference and jamming options can optionally be used for safety assessment.
The turnkey solution can be used standalone or integrated – in a hardware-in-the-loop environment simulation, for example. For automated measurements in validation or production testing, the device can be controlled from NI LabView or via open-source client libraries for Python, C# or C++.
