Analyzer rooms for exhaust gas sampling are often separated from the engine test cell, so to keep the exhaust gases at the correct temperature, Winkler is offering heated lines and wall bushings. The company offers these lines with an optional ‘Quick-Lock-System’, which benefits PEMS applications because it guarantees fast and safe connection without temperature loss. Different power supply systems for onboard measurements are accommodated as a matter of course.

The connectors and heated lines are especially suited to Winkler’s own range of implemented and separate temperature controllers, as well as its insulation solutions in silicone, fixation devices, bending protections, and heated jackets for both flanges and complete dilution tunnel systems.
