The latest generation of Stähle’s driving robots for dyno testing will be on show at Automotive Testing Expo China 2019. Ranging from full autopilot systems to steering and shifting robots, they are suitable for exhaust, FE, endurance, acoustics, climate and EMC testing, as well as for dynamic vehicle tests on proving grounds. Stähle’s driver modules integrate into various automation and simulation systems, as well as Matlab models, to allow for consistency of driver and control behavior in all development phases.
The latest SAP2000Modular adds two important features. The first is substantially reduced weight: thanks to the modular construction, the single maximum weight of the components is reduced to just 13kg, making life a lot easier for users who frequently have to transfer the equipment between vehicles. The second key feature is the versatility of the design, which means that the system can be connected to any kind of actuator.
