The high-response electromagnetic damper test system developed by Beijing Siqizhixin Technology incorporates state-of-the-art linear motor driving technology and proven real-time controller together with dedicated damper test programs to reproduce the road load waveform of dampers with high accuracy.

This electromagnetic test system is an excellent replacement for a traditional hydraulic test system, with features including high accuracy, low noise, long stroke, small footprint and clean workplace. Unlike conventional ball-screw-based electric cylinders, this linear motor solution provides a wide dynamic response (0.1-150Hz) and long service life due to the absence of mechanical transmission components. This innovative system can be widely used for characterization test, durability test and noise test evaluation for dampers. Options such as a side-load spring test feature can be added on request. Siqizhixin provides customized solutions based on the latest technologies, including linear motors that can also be used in four-poster road simulators, multi-axis shaker tables, steering test systems and other general-purpose test benches.
