HAINZL Industriesysteme, for test bench systems supplier, will showcase its extensive range of products and services including its innovative fluid monitoring system for status monitoring and predictive maintenance.

A particular highlight at Automotive Testing Expo Europe will be the fluid monitoring system for status monitoring and predictive maintenance.

This product is used in conjunction with hydraulic systems, cylinders and rotary distributors for plants with safety or process-related functions. Thanks to this, any risk of a leak or contamination can be detected in advance, thus avoiding unexpected production downtimes or related costs, whilst raising plant availability and reliability.

For the first time this year, HAINZL will present streamed-live footage via two large CMS 4.0 monitors, as an example of actual plants and hydraulic components in real-time operation. Visitors to the stand in Stuttgart can use a tablet and web interface to make various adjustments to the plants in Linz. These changes can then be observed live via webcams.

Products being showcased include tailor made standalone test benches for applications in product development, right through to fully integrated and automated end-of-line test systems for series production.
