Fully-integrated motion simulation and test solutions

Provider of innovative motion simulation and test solutions Acutronic will be demonstrating the latest version of its HIL system which enables the testing of control modules, as well as entire vehicles. New for this year is that the platform is now suitable for autonomous applications. It allows test engineers to improve simulation performance in conjunction with road tests. Acutronic also offers automatic test equipment (ATE) solutions for automotive components. In addition to the motion test system itself, Acutronic can fully integrate the solution’s mechanical and electrical interfaces with the device under test.
Other solutions in the company’s portfolio include rate table systems that enable calibration and verification of components with inertial sensors. All products can be customized for sensor manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers, as well as OEMs including the developers of autonomous driving systems. Many of the company’s systems have become the standard for various automotive testing applications.
