Blue Clover Devices - Stand: 1780
Blue Clover Devices is launching its modern test automation platform that uses a Linux box designed for cloud-based operation instead of the Windows-based PC that is traditionally required. The Production Line Tool (PLT) is purpose-built to load firmware into production hardware and run a battery of automated tests including UART, electrical, RF and CANbus commands. It then records the results in the cloud so they can be accessed remotely and linked with analytical tools.
Multiple sites can now program and test in identical environments, increasing development speed. The PLT hardware retails at $1,999, with several service tiers available for the PLT cloud subscription. The production of custom ICT pogo-pin cassettes for in-circuit testing of printed circuit boards (PCBs) has also been streamlined, and the cassettes are connected to the PLT via standard cables. Custom-made for each PCB design, the cassettes are $799 each.
