VSI series upgrade

VSE will exhibit its latest innovation at Automotive Testing Expo – a modified preamplifier for the VSI series with significantly more application possibilities. The upgrade provides a highly improved signal quality with harmonious impulse widths, allowing more constant and vibration-free measurements to be taken. A switchable A/B 90° offset allows for a direction reversal during commissioning. A separate direction signal provides additional information – for example for single-channel evaluations. The LED status allows display information to be monitored and read easily and quickly. The interpolation factor has also been increased by two IPF factors (24 and 32). An integrated embedded system enables greater flexibility, so customized solutions are easily realized, and the interchangeable system means that existing systems can be easily retrofitted or extended and standardized.
The company will also present its pick-up system for high temperature ranges (from -40°C to +210°C). The system can be used in all the available sizes of the RS series helical screw flow meter in cast iron and stainless steel. VSE will also show its more cost-effective alternative, the EF ecoflow series, which is based on a meshing gear principle. This in-line device is an inexpensive alternative for measuring viscous media, with lower standards of technical characteristics such as accuracy, pressure or temperature.
