Compact dynamic signal analyzer
Vibration Research India

The new ObserVR1000 is a compact dynamic signal analyzer designed to simplify field recording of vibration data then efficiently package that data for analysis.

Capable of autonomous operation, the ObserVR1000 is easily configured using an auto-TEDS feature that detects sensors automatically, helping to eliminate setup errors and reduce setup time. For NVH applications, engineers can instrument up to 16 sensors throughout a vehicle cabin to measure multiple sources of noise, squeak and rattle, capturing every detail at sample rates up to 128kHz. It is also a great tool for measuring and analyzing free-fall shock events. With the ObserVR1000, users can set threshold values, establish tolerance limits and record continuous transient events.

After data collection, users can apply powerful and efficient analysis techniques with the tightly integrated ObserVIEW software. Large files are manipulated easily, using an intuitive user interface to quickly focus on areas of interest. ObserVIEW supports editing, post-processing and analysis with up to one million FFT analysis lines of resolution, delivering extreme accuracy to resonance peak definition. The recorded data files work seamlessly with Vibration Research controllers to implement advanced shaker testing techniques such as field data replication, random test profile generation and fatigue damage spectrum.
